WIPL-D Microwave Lite Corrections

Some irregularities were discovered in WIPL-D Microwave Lite after its publishing by Artech House in December 2005. Bugs that seriously influence the functions of the program and their corrections are listed on this web page. As new bugs are discovered, they will be added to this web page.

If you come across a bug that you consider important please report it to support@wipl-d.com . Please have in mind that WIPL-D Microwave Lite is a product with very limited tech support and that we won't be able to devote time to the solution of each problem.

Problem related to length unit conversion into mils.

Solution: Download WIPLMW.INI and replace the existing WIPLMW.INI in the WIPL-D Microwave installation directory. This will repair the problem at the next start-up of the program.

Problem related to the Frequency dialog box in the 3D EM solver.

Description: In some of the installations, frequency settings in the 3D EM solver (Wipl.exe) prevent change/setup of the project frequencies.

Solution: Send an email to support@wipl-d.com referring to this problem and you will receive a patch program within one business day.
